Papa Luc's is a Specialty Provisions House dedicated to preserving and sharing Haitian heritage through flavor. In 2026, we will release our first products: a scotch bonnet pepper sauce and a honey. The pepper sauce is crafted with scotch bonnet peppers, sour orange, and a signature spice blend. Bright and layered, with depth beyond heat.
The honey comes from a seven-generation, woman-owned apiary in Haiti, shaped by the island's tropical flora and biodiversity. Together, these first releases introduce
