Papa Luc’s is a family-rooted food project dedicated to preserving and sharing Haitian heritage through flavor. In early 2026, we will release our first products, a hot sauce and a honey. The hot sauce is crafted with scotch bonnet peppers, sour orange, and a signature spice blend, bright and bold yet balanced, with depth rather than heat for heat’s sake. It is followed by a raw, single-origin honey harvested from a woman-owned apiary in Haiti, shaped by the island’s landscape and floral diversity. Together, these first releases mark the beginning of Papa Luc’s, simple and intentional flavors made for the modern table.
